How to make
Cut the baguette into long slices. Drizzle each with olive oil.
Arrange the slices on a tray lined with baking paper.
Place them in a 390°F (200°C) oven and bake them for 5 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven.
Place a piece of mozzarella and a fish on each slice. Sprinkle with anaise seeds.
Place the tray back into the oven for just a few minutes, until the mozzarella has slightly melted.
Remove the baked crostini and arrange them onto a suitable plate.
Serve the Anchovy and Mozzarella Crostini with a glass of white wine!
