"Incompatible at first glance flavours in a single perfect bite"

Ingredients

  • baguette - 1/2 pc.
  • ricotta - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • blueberry jam - 3 tbsp.
  • peppers - Jalapeno marinated and cut into circles
  • fresh onion - 1 tbsp. of the green part (finely chopped)
  • olive oil - to spread on the slices
  • salt to taste

How to make

Cut the baguette into thin slices. Coat the slices on both sides with olive oil.

Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 340°F (170 degrees) for about 8 minutes, turning them once. Remove from the oven and cool.

Mix the ricotta with the fresh onion. Season with salt.

Place on the crostini 1 tsp. of ricotta. Top with blueberry jam.

Place a circle of hot Jalapeno peppers on top.
