How to make
Cut the baguette into thin slices. Coat the slices on both sides with olive oil.
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 340°F (170 degrees) for about 8 minutes, turning them once. Remove from the oven and cool.
Mix the ricotta with the fresh onion. Season with salt.
Place on the crostini 1 tsp. of ricotta. Top with blueberry jam.
Place a circle of hot Jalapeno peppers on top.
