Place the ingredients for the rib marinade in a deep bowl and mix well, so that they are evenly mixed.
Spread the ribs using a brush on both sides.
Grab a tray, put them in it, wrap with foil and leave them in the refrigerator to absorb the aroma from the marinade for a day.
Put the lamb ribs in the oven and bake them with the foil in an oven heated to 390°F (200°C).
The baking continues for about 2 hours, after which you can remove the foil and finish off baking the marinated lamb ribs, until they aquire an appetizing color.
