How to make
Heat the pumpkin puree in a saucepan on the stove. Season it with the nutmeg, cloves, cardamom and ginger powder. Add the honey.
Wait for the puree to boil and add the milk. When the mixture thickens, remove it from the heat.
In a separate bowl, beat the confectionery cream with the powdered sugar.
Serve the latte in a tall glass by placing the pumpkin mixture on the bottom and top up with the ready-made espresso and garnish with whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon and serve it.
