How to make
Boil the couscous and strain it.
Pour the tomato puree into a Teflon pot and add the crushed garlic.
Heat it on the stove for 5-6 minutes. Then add the tuna, anchovies and salt.
Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the strained couscous, basil, black pepper and olive oil.
Cook, by stirring constantly, until it has thickened, so that the balls are clearly visible and the sauce remains on them.
Serve the Mediterranean Couscous warm with your favorite drink.
