  • couscous - 10.5 oz (300 g) boiled in advance
  • vegetables - 0.9 lb (400 g) mixed (peppers, tomatoes, spring onions, cucumbers, zucchini)
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • lemons - the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • finely chopped mint

How to make

The couscous is prepared according to package instructions. All vegetables are washed and cut into small cubes.

Add the couscous and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season it with salt and add the mint.

The couscous salad is mixed well and it is served. It can be eaten as a main course or as a side dish.
