How to make
Cut the roasted chicken breasts into small pieces. Place them in a bowl with a lid.
Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces along with the pickles and the peeled apple.
Boil the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add everything into the bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
Mix the couscous salad well and close with the lid.
Refrigerate it for a few hours before serving the filling couscous salad.
