How to make
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
Once it has melted, place one tortilla wrap in the pan.
Spread it with butter and add sliced mozzarella, grated Gouda cheese and a sliced tomato on top.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with a little salt and ground black pepper.
Add the fresh basil leaves and place the other tortilla wrap on top.
The second tortilla wrap is smeared with the remaining butter and is lightly pressed.
Cover the pan with the quesadilla and bake it for about 2-3 minutes.
Then, with the help of a plate, it is turned over and baked on the other side.
Bake, until it has lightly browned, become crispy and the cheeses have melted.
Serve the quesada with tomatoes and cheeses warm and cut into four equal parts.
