How to make
Clean and finely chop the onion.
Fry it in the butter in a deep pot for about a minute.
Pour about 1 liter of hot water on top and add the chopped fresh spinach. Leave it to boil for about 10-15 minutes, by adding salt.
Then pull the soup off of the stove, crumble the white cheese and sprinkle it over the hot soup.
Add the yogurt and the eggs, which have been previously boiled and cut into cubes, to the spinach soup.
When serving, if desired, you can add a piece of butter to each portion of the keto spinach soup.
