How to make
Wash, dry and sprinkle the pork belly with salt and meat seasoning.
Heat the butter in a pan and seal the pork belly in it for about 5 minutes on each side.
Cut the onion into crescents and put it in a baking pan.
Arrange the sealed pork belly between the onions.
Sprinkle with the finely chopped garlic cloves and place the two bay leaves.
Add a little more salt and pour the white wine, water and oil.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and put the baking pan in it.
Bake the pork for 30 minutes, then turn the pork belly over and cook it for another 30 minutes.
