How to make
Knead the beef minced meat with the basil, parsley, finely chopped onion, garlic, the olives and the egg.
Season with salt and black pepper. Shape into equal balls.
Flatten each ball in the palm of your hand and place a piece of mozzarella in the middle.
Close, form a flat meatball and roll it in flour.
Fry the meatballs in the heated oil, until they're done.
