"We are grilling up a meatball and not just any kind but one with a tasty stuffing!"

Ingredients

  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • savory
  • cumin
  • curry
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • salt - if the mince needs it
  • vienna sausages - half a sausage, or use ham or bacon
  • pickles - 1
  • mushrooms - 3 - 4
  • olives - pitted, several
  • pepper - 1 roasted
  • parsley
  • cheese - 1.75 oz (50 g)

How to make

Grate the onion and mix it with minced meat, savory, cumin, curry powder, oregano and black pepper. For the filling, chop the cheese and pickles into cubes and the sausages, mushrooms, olives and peppers finely and mix.

Split the mince mixture into two and put the filling in the middle. Press it to get a flat patty and bake it on the grill.
