How to make
The cups are 4″ (10 cm) in size - 3 raspberry creams are obtained from these ingredients.
The eggs, cream and sugar are beaten with a wire whisk by hand.
Distribute the mixture into bowls and place 3 or 4 raspberries in each one.
Place the bowls in a tray.
Boiling water is poured into the baking pan up to the middle of the bowls. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
It can also be prepared in a multicooker. Water is poured into the main vessel. The bowls of custard are covered with foil and placed over the water. High pressure is selected for 10 minutes. Then wait another 10 minutes and release the remaining pressure.
The real good things are the ordinary - wonderful cream with raspberries for the soul!
