  • confectionery cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • mascarpone - 2 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. (100%)
  • frozen fruit - raspberries, blackberries, blueberries

How to make

Beat the cream and powdered sugar with a mixer very well.

Just before turning it off, add the cocoa and mascarpone.

Continue mixing, until all of the products are mixed.

Fill up suitable cups with half of the cocoa cream.

Sprinkle with fruit, add the mascarpone cream and fruit again.

You can serve it immediately or leave the delicate mascarpone cream in the fridge.
