How to make
Clean the fish well, wash it and dry it.
Then sprinkle it well with the fish seasoning (as in the picture) and the sliced lemon is arranged on and into the fish.
Cover the baking pan with foil and put it in a well-heated oven at 200°C.
Bake for 40 minutes and remove the foil. Bake for another 20-30 minutes or until the desired color is obtained.
The foil-wrapped fish became extremely tender and easy to debone.
