"The Bavarian potato salad is a popular winter appetizer, but brandy will go well with it in the summer"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 pcs. (large)
  • sausages - 4 pcs. (Frankfurt)
  • pickles - 4 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • dry or fresh oniongrass - 1 pinch

How to make

Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot with water on the stove.

Boil them, until they're ready. Take them out, cool them and peel them. Cut them into small pieces or cubes.

Cut the sausages into circles and fry them in a little olive oil, until they aquire a golden color.

Peel an onion and cut it into sticks along with the pickles.

Put all of the products in a large bowl.

To finish off the delicious potato salad, add the spices, mayonnaise and mustard.

Stir and refrigerate the Bavarian Potato Salad for a few hours.
