How to make
From the meat form the chops, which should be pounded thinly with a wooden mallet.
Cut each chop with a sharp knife at the edges and in the middle, so that it does not shrink during frying.
The already formed chops are sprinkled with black pepper and salt, rolled in flour, in well-beaten eggs and in breadcrumbs.
Press them nicely with your hands. Leave them for 15 minutes and then fry them in heated oil.
Serve the schnitzels immediately with garnish of your choice.
The breaded pork schnitzels are ready.
