Ingredients

  • tangerines - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • pumpkin - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • sugar - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • lemon - 1 pc.

How to make

Peel the tangerines with a knife and remove the white part from them when peeling.

Cut the pieces, while being careful to only cut them without the white skin.

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.

Put everything in a suitable pot or casserole.

Add the sugar and place the pot on the hob. Wait for it to boil and reduce to low heat.

Leave it, until it thickens. Stir occasionally.

Turn off the hob, add a few drops of lemon juice and leave it to cool slightly.

Distribute it in jars with lids and store the tangerine jam in the refrigerator.
