How to make
Pour the salad into a bowl, cut the blue cheese and 1 pear.
Put a lump of butter on a griddle pan, arrange the pear pieces and caramelize them.
In another pan, briefly roast all of the nuts and sprinkle them on the salad.
In a bowl, mix all of the dressing ingredients and mix with a wire whisk.
Pour it on top and arrange the caramelized pears.
The caramelized pears and blue cheese salad is ready.
