  • butter - 1 lump
  • for the sauce
  • butter - 125 g
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • lemon - 1 - 2 tbsp. juice
  • salt - by taste

How to make

In a steamer, pour the water underneath.

In the first tray, arrange the fish fillets, which you have previously seasoned with salt and black pepper. In the second tray and arrange the vegetables in a row.

Turn on the appliance for 40 minutes and leave it to cook.

Make the Hollandaise sauce by placing the egg yolks with the lemon juice in a water bath. The hob should not be too strong. Stir, without stopping.

When they thicken, remove them from the heat and add the melted butter in a thin stream. Pour a little at a time and stir quickly. Be careful, so that it doesn't lump up.

Remove the stewed fish and vegetables and arrange them in a large plate.

Season the vegetables with salt and add a few small lumps of butter on top of them.

The Salmon with Steamed Vegetables and Hollandaise Sauce is very tasty.
