How to make
Peel the sweet potato, then cut it into slices, which are about half a centimeter thick.
Bake them in the oven.
Grease half of the slices with almond butter and arrange the blueberries on top.
Mash the avocado, then spread the other half.
Sprinkle with finely chopped almonds.
Another option is to spread peanut butter, arrange banana rings and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve the sweet potato with blueberries and avocado while it's warm.
