  • bacon - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • leeks - 1 stalk (or spring onions)
  • oil
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

The bacon is cut into small cubes.

Fry with a little oil in a pan, until it aquires a golden color, add the chopped leeks or spring onions and once it has fried a little, add the eggs 1 by 1.

Stir lightly, sprinkle with paprika and cover with a lid for a few minutes, by reducing the heat to the lowest setting or turning it off.

They are served warm, if desired you can sprinkle them with coarsely ground hot paprika.
