How to make
The pork loin is cut into thin slices. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and spread with mustard.
The flavored meat is left in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to absorb the aromas.
The new potatoes are washed and cut into large pieces. Season them with salt and black pepper.
Place the slices of pork loin in the middle of a rectangular baking pan, by placing a slice of yellow cheese and a slice of tomato between each piece.
Spread the new potatoes around the meat and place a sprig of rosemary and pieces of butter on them.
Pour about 1/3 cup (80 ml) of water and cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
The dish is baked at 390°F (200°C) and the foil is removed shortly before it is ready.
The pork loin with new potatoes is very tasty.
