How to make
Heat the cream with orange peel (orange part only) and finely grated ginger, if it is fresh. In the case of you use ginger from jam, it does not need to be added now, but at a later stage.
Leave it to cool and absorb the aromas.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Add the orange juice and cream (can be strained if you like).
Mix everything, until a smooth, sticky mixture is obtained and it is covered with foil and left in the refrigerator to harden - 3-4 hours.
Droplets are formed, which are rolled in cocoa powder and the candies are arranged on a tray.
If the chocolate truffles are not consumed straight away, store them in the refrigerator, so that they do not soften.
