How to make
The tongue is boiled (for about 1 hour) in salted water, which is flavored with the indicated spices.
Then wash it with cold water and cut it into pieces.
Put the flour in one bowl, the breadcrumbs in another and the beaten eggs in a third.
The veal tongue is dipped in the eggs, then in the flour, then again in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry it in heated fat.
It is then lined up onto kitchen paper to get rid of unnecessary butter.
The finished appetizer can be served onto vegetables.
