  • veal - 4 slices
  • bacon - 3 slices (raw)
  • red peppers - 1/2 pc.
  • dried tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • cheddar - 2 tbsp. (grated)
  • olives
  • crunchy onion - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Put a drop of fat in a Teflon pan and fry the bacon slices.

Then take them out and fry the veal along with the pepper strips.

Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes. It should remain juicy.

Put the bacon on the tortilla, add strips of chopped veal and pepper.

Add the chopped olives and dried tomatoes.
