Ingredients

  • pork ribs - about 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • soy sauce - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • dry white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • apple cider vinegar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves (pressed)
  • fresh ginger - 1 tbsp. (grated/about 1 cm)
  • starch - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp. (freshly ground)

How to make

Put all of the ingredients without the salt in a bowl. Mix them with a wire stirrer, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The meat is divided into single ribs, they are rolled in the marinade, placed in the baking tray, covered with the remaining sauce, wrapped in foil and left in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or about 4 hours.

Before placing them in the oven, season them with as much salt as you like.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 45-50 minutes or until they're completely left in fat.

The oven-baked teriyaki ribs are ready.
