Ingredients

  • boneless pork chops - 3 pcs.
  • pork ribs - 3 pcs. about 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • for the sauce
  • ketchup - 1 cup
  • chili sauce - 1/2 cup
  • brown sugar - 1 oz (30 g)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • dijon mustard - 3 tbsp.
  • papika - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Wash and dry the pork. Season it nicely with salt and black pepper.

In a bowl, mix all the sauce products and beat them well with a whisk, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Arrange the meat in a fireproof tray (according to the size of the meat).

Pour the pork marinade over the meat and roll it nicely in the sauce. Cover it with foil.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for about 30 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 390°F (200°C) and bake them for about 60 minutes.

In the last 15-20 minutes of baking the steaks and ribs, remove the foil and bake the meat without it.

Serve the meat with sauce and mashed potatoes.
