Ingredients

  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

The pork minced meat is mixed with the yogurt, egg and mustard. Wash the carrots and cut them into small cubes.

Add the carrots, salt, black pepper, cumin and finely chopped parsley to the minced meat mixture.

Mix well and leave the mixture for an hour to absorb the spices well. Shape the meatballs and arrange them in a tray.

Place them in the oven and bake them at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes with a fan.

Serve them with french fries and a garnish of your choice.

The pork meatballs with carrots and mustard are ready.
