Ingredients

  • plain biscuits - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • walnuts - 1 cup (lightly baked and ground)
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
  • brown sugar - 1/4 cup
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • milk - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla powder - 2 packets (0.2 g each) or essence
  • coconut shavings - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Melt the butter over low heat and add the milk. Leave it to cool. The biscuits are grinded in a blender.

Add the ground walnuts, powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and cocoa to them. Mix everything.

Add the milk and butter and mix again, until a thick sticky dough is obtained.

The biscuit dough is placed in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to harden.

The truffles are shaped, which are then rolled into the coconut shavings. They are left in the refrigerator for about an hour.

The Coconut Biscuit Truffles are ready.
