How to make
Cut the zucchini into circles and sprinkle them with salt, stir and leave them to drain from excess water briefly.
In a bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, black pepper and vegetable seasoning.
Stir and roll them in the mixture, arrange them in a baking pan, by slightly overlapping them, as shown in the photo.
Drizzle them with oil or olive oil.
Bake them at 200°C, until they aquire a nice golden color.
Serve the oven-baked breaded zucchini with an yogurt and garlic sauce. Unique appetizer for beer!
