How to make
Choose a small variety of white beans , which does not become mushy when cooked. To avoid them becoming mushy, soak them for 12 hours in salted water. You can also use boiled canned beans.
Boil the beans and strain the water.
Once the beans have cooled, add the lutenitsa and finely chopped red onion, fresh garlic and dill.
Season the bean salad with salt, black pepper and oil. Stir and leave it for an hour or two in the refrigerator.
You can serve it as a cold salad, as a grilled meat garnish or as a vegetable spread.
