How to make
Season the duck legs with soy sauce and black pepper.
Do not add salt to the duck meat, because the soy sauce is salty enough.
After that, place them in a heated Teflon pan to cook. Cook the legs, until they aquire a golden color on both sides.
The pan-seared duck legs are served with a garnish of your choice.
You can garnish them with a green bean salad or oven-baked rice.
Red cabbage salad is also a suitable side dish.
