How to cook
The beef steaks are first tenderized with a wooden mallet and then coated with a marinade of salt, black pepper, honey, mustard, oil, which are mixed well. They are left in the fridge for at least an hour.
Heat a grill pan, or a regular one and put a little fat in it, as well as the steaks. Bake for two minutes on each side, by turning them over until desired doneness.
When I take them out of the pan, I immediately put a lump of butter on the steaks, which immediately melts and adds flavor.
The pan-seared beef steak is ready.
