How to make
Wash the salmon and put the cutlets on a board. Season with salt and drizzle with the squeezed lemon juice. Leave them to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and press the garlic. Mix them well.
Pour a spoonful of olive oil into a pan and heat it up. Cook the fish, until it's done on both sides.
Just before removing them from the pan, spread only the top side with the aromatic mixture.
Serve the fish warm with a garnish of your choice.
The quick pan-seared salmon is ready.
