How to make
The red peppers and hot peppers are roasted, peeled and the seeds and stems are removed.
The peppers are cut into large pieces and are blended along with the breadcrumbs, walnuts and cumin.
Add the olive oil a bit at a time, until a very thick sauce is obtained. Add the salt, lemon juice and black pepper and blend the mixture again.
Cover it with a lid or plate and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour and serve it with Arabic bread and roasted meat.
