  • eggs - 4 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • oatmeal - about 3/4 cup (fine)
  • bananas - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • milk - 3 tbsp. (optional)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. (optional)

How to make

Crack the eggs (I personally use 2 egg yolks and 4 egg whites) into a convenient blender jug (chopper).

Add the remaining ingredients for the oatmeal pancakes and blend them, until a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Bake the banana pancakes in a preheated pan.

You can serve them with honey or homemade healthy chocolate.
