  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • rice flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • baking powder - 1 level top tsp.
  • oil - to grease the pan

How to make

Mix the rice flour, oatmeal and salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mash the bananas, add the honey and eggs.

Pour this mixture into the flour bowl and mix all of the products together.

Pour half of the milk inside, stir the mixture again and set it aside.

Add baking powder.

Heat a Teflon pan with a little fat on the hob and bake the American pancakes in it on each side.

Eat these rice pancakes with banana with a garnish of your choice.
