How to make
Sprinkle the fish cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Drizzle them with lemon juice.
Fry them on each side for 1-2 minutes in heated olive oil.
Combine the glazing products into a bowl and mix them well.
Pour half of the mixture into a small baking pan and place the fish on top.
Grease the cutlets on top with the remaining amount.
Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 7 minutes.
Grate the lemon peel on top and serve them with a fresh salad and a glass of white wine.
The shark cutlets with white wine are very tasty.
