After you buy the package of shark cutlets, take them out and place them on a grill or a wire rack, so that the water can drain.
Once they are completely defrosted, you can remove the skin, because it has a stronger odor than other types of fish.
Sprinkle the fish with a little salt and leave it for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan, roll each cutlet in flour and fry the fish it aquires a golden color.
The fried shark cutlets are ready.
