How to make
Cut the shark cutlet into suitable pieces. Season with salt and fish seasoning.
Pour white wine and lemon juice over the cutlets. Let the fish marinate for about 20 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Arrange the fish cutlets. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip to the other side. Repeat.
Remove the shark cutlets and place them onto kitchen paper to drain from the fat.
Peel the sweet potato. Using a fine grater, grate the potato.
Heat the oil and fry the sweet potatoes. Strain them onto kitchen paper. Season with salt.
Serve the fried fish with lemon and sweet potato chips. Garnish with chives.
