How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into juliennes, put it in a little olive oil and seal it on both sides.
Peel and clean the apple and cut it into large cubes.
Cut the pineapple into chunks and the onion into small pieces.
Pour the wine + lemon juice over the meat. Add the apple, raisins, pineapple and onion. Leave them to simmer, until the liquid evaporates.
