Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • pineapple - 3.5 oz (100 g) canned
  • gold raisins - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • pine nuts - 1 tbsp.
  • hazelnuts - 1 tbsp. (crushed)
  • wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • lemon - the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil

How to make

Cut the chicken fillet into juliennes, put it in a little olive oil and seal it on both sides.

Peel and clean the apple and cut it into large cubes.

Cut the pineapple into chunks and the onion into small pieces.

Pour the wine + lemon juice over the meat. Add the apple, raisins, pineapple and onion. Leave them to simmer, until the liquid evaporates.

Once it remains in fat and acquires a golden color, add the pine nuts and crushed hazelnuts.

After a second, add salt and soy sauce.

Stir and remove it from heat.
