Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 2 cups (boiled)
  • avocado - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • hot peppers - 2 pcs. (green, diced)
  • fresh coriander - 1 cup (chopped)
  • lime - 3 pcs.
  • sesame tahini - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Place the chickpeas, peeled and pitted avocados in the food processor or blend with a blender, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add the coriander, chopped hot green peppers, the grated lime peel, tahini and blend again.

Finally, add the lime juice and as much salt as you like. Stir, until the mixture becomes homogenous.

Refrigerate and serve the vegetable spread.
