  • hot peppers - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • sweet peppers - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • dill - 1 bunch

  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • oil - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)

How to make

Roast the peppers along with the seeds and grind them into bulky pieces.

Add the chopped parsley, dill and garlic cloves. Add salt and oil and stir.

Leave the resulting mixture for 5-6 hours, so that it can absorb the spices.

Put the vegetable spread in a plastic container and pour it with the fried oil. Store it in a cool place.
