If you can't find flaxseed flour, you can grind it yourself in a coffee machine.
All of the ingredients are mixed in a bowl, starting with the liquid ingredients and gradually adding the dry ones, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Finally, add the cheese.
The resulting dough is spread in a wide baking pan, lined with baking paper.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) with a fan on for about 20-25 minutes. The flat bread is cut while it's still warm.
