How to make
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C). Grease a suitable cake tin with butter and set it aside.
Mix all of the dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt).
In a large bowl, beat the butter with a mixer, until a creamy mixture is obtained. Add the erythritol and continue beating, until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
Add the eggs, sour cream and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then add the dry ingredients and stir.
Pour the finished chocolate cake batter into the cake tin and bake it in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
Once it's fully baked, leave it to cool for a while and remove it from the cake tin.
Break the chocolate into pieces and along with coconut oil, melt them in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir, until that's done.
Drizzle the wonderful cake with the chocolate glaze.
