Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites well and the yolks with the sweetener into a foamy mixture.
Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt them in a water bath.
The walnuts are grinded.
Add the melted butter and chocolate to the yolk mixture and beat with a mixer, add the walnuts and baking powder.
The egg whites are added in portions, by stirring lightly with a spatula, so that their volume does not decrease.
Everything for the keto cake is poured into a baking pan with a diameter of 8″ (20 cm), covered with baking paper.
Bake the keto chocolate cake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
