How to make
The wings:
Mix all of the spices in a bowl and mix everything well.
The wings are washed and cleaned well (you can divide them into 2, but this is optional).
Dry and roll them in the flour.
Place them in a tray onto baking paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Take them out, spread them with the sauce and bake them for another 5-10 minutes.
Barbecue sauce:
While the wings are baking, it's time for the sauce:
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Fry the onion in the butter and once it softens, add the garlic.
When the garlic aquires a nice golden color, add the tomato puree. Stir well and add the Worcester sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, sugar, paprika, black pepper and chili powder.
Cook it over low heat for about 10 minutes, until it thickens.
When it's ready, set it aside for 5 minutes to cool, then add the melted honey and blend the sauce.
The wings in homemade spicy barbecue sauce are very tasty.
