Ingredients

  • sea bream - 3 pcs.
  • garlic cloves - 4 pcs.
  • lemons - the juice of 1 lemon/lime
  • olive oil - 70 ml
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • For garnish
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • milk - 100 ml
  • butter - 50 g

How to make

The sea bream is washed and cleaned. The fins are cut.

All of the products (except those for the garnish) are blended in a chopper.

Place the fish in a baking tray onto parchment paper and fill it with the resulting mixture.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) with the fan on for about 20 minutes.

To prepare the garnish for fish, bake the whole potatoes for an hour (I do this in a small oven).

Peel them, press them and flavor them with milk, butter and as much salt as you like (press them, until they absorb the butter and milk).
